TYPES OF MEMBER

a .......................................................Junior members - up to 18 years of age

b ......................................................Full members - 19 years of age and over

c.................................................... Honorary Life Members - to be appointed

 after nomination by one or a group

of members and the approval of the membership generally

PAYMENTS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

They are due at the A.G.M.

New Members

Membership begins when the Secretary has

recorded the person's name and address and the

subscription has been paid.

New members may not vote at the first A.G.M.

After their membership has commenced.

Junior members have no voting rights.

CONDUCT OF MEMBERS

Members are required to act in a  courteous

 and responsible manner at all times.

Membership may be terminated on the

recommendation of the committee.

ELECTION OF OFFICIALS 

The following will be elected annually at the A.G.M.

and form the club committee. Chairman, Secretary,

Treasurer, Sail Captain, Powerboat Captain. Radio Controle Captain, Assistants thereof.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Financial business will be effected by the Secretary and Treasurer and Bank Transactions conducted

by two named signatories, one of whome will be the Treasurer.

An audited Balance Sheet will be published annually at the A.G.M.

The Auditor will be a Club Member other than one of the named signatories.

CLUB PROPERTY

This must be carefully looked after and damage reported to the Committee immediately.

Junior Members may not use the Club rowing dingy unless accompanied by a Full Member.

INSURANCE

The Club will provide Public Liability Insurance for its Members whilst engaged in Club activities.

SUBSCRIPTIONS £12.00 (November to November)

  JUNIOR SUBSCRIPTION (Under 18) £2.50

  LOCKER RENT 50p per foot per year.
