Semi - Scale Type VII  U-Boat  Kit

This semi-scale VII U-Boat is a “short kit” which contains the main parts to build a lovely model of a world famous submarine from World War 2.

It is scaled to 1:60^th,  the model is designed to allow the modeller to be up and sailing in the shortest time possible. Each of our models is individually hand crafted to order, with great care and effort, to give a superb, quality product. Moulded from glass fibre, to create an exceptionally tough and strong model, with pre-coloured gel coat, which gives an aesthetically pleasing wear resistant surface.

The kit contains:

 Complete 2 part hull ( upper and lower sections )

A beautifully moulded Conning tower,  complete and ready for detailing.

 8 piece Fin set, hydroplanes, rudders etc. ( with control rod holes moulded in )

Also included in the kit is a full size Plan sheet, to help enable the modeller to complete this stunning model.

The model is 45 inches long ( 114cm approx ) which is an ideal size for handling / transporting to and from the pond!, and will fit perfectly in the back seat or boot space of any small car.
